Promotions that are passive promote activities on social media through posting status updates, images, tweets, or blog posts. Feedback from users can resolve issues, lessen satisfaction, and improve the overall user experience. In addition, the data is gathered in real-time, which accelerates the process and provides a higher degree of collaboration.
